The AW54L is a left-handed Artwood series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2023. It was produced in Indonesia replacing a predecessor model which was made in China with some minor difference.
The AW54L features a dreadnought body shape with a solid okoume top with X bracing on laminated okoume sides and back with an open pore finish. The soundhole is round with a simple black and white acrylic rosette. It has an open pore finished nyatoh neck with a 20-fret laurel fingerboard with small white dot position markers. Components include an ivory plastic saddle in a laurel bridge with black Ibanez Advantage bridge pins, a plastic nut , a tortoise pickguard and chrome die-cast tuning machines.
The AW54 is a right-handed version. The AW54LCE is a similar acoustic/electric model with a cutaway body.
