The AW18-12 is an Artwood series 12-string acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1988. It was made in Japan.

The AW18-12 features a dreadnought body with solid spruce top on mahogany back and sides. The round soundhole is trimmed with black and white multi-line rosette and a black pickguard. The mahogany neck has a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with small pearl dot position markers and a matching headstock. Components include a plastic saddle on a rosewood bridge, a synthetic nut, and chrome smooth tuner machine heads.

For 1989 the machine heads were changed to Die-cast. For 1990 the neck material was changed to nato wood.

The AW18 is a similar six-string model.

The AW18-12 was discontinued after 1990.
