The AVD4 is an Artwood Vintage series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez in mid-2015 as a limited production model. It was made in China.
The AVD4 features a dreadnought body shape with a solid mahogany top with X bracing and double purfling with tortoiseshell binding on mahogany back and sides with a gloss finish. The soundhole is round with an acrylic rosette and a red tortoise pickguard. It has a soft-V shaped mahogany neck with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with white dot position markers. Components include a compensated bone saddle in a rosewood bridge with black Ibanez Advantage bridge pins, a bone nut, and chrome Ibanez tuning machines with ivory buttons.
The AVC4 and AVN4 are related models with grand concert and parlor bodies, respectively.
