The AVD10E is an Artwood Vintage series acoustic/electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in mid 2017. It is made in China.
The AVD10E features a dreadnought body shape with a solid Thermo Aged Sitka spruce top with Thermo Aged spruce bracing and Thermo Aged mahogany back and mahogany sides. The soundhole is round with a black & white multi rosette and the top is bordered with herringbone purfling and grained ivoroid binding. It has a soft-V shaped mahogany neck with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with grained ivoroid binding and custom mother of pearl position markers. Components include a compensated bone saddle in a rosewood bridge with black Ibanez Advantage bridge pins, a bone nut, a red tortoise pickguard and chrome Grover open gear tuning machines. Electronics consist of an Ibanez T-bar undersaddle pickup, and Ibanez Custom Electronics preamp and a ¼" endpin output jack.
For 2018 the rosewood bridge and fretboard were replaced with cultured maple. For 2019 the mahogany back and sides were replaced with okoume and the mahogany neck was replaced with nyatoh.
