The ATK series or Attack is a line of solid body electric bass guitars produced for Hoshino Gakki and sold under the Ibanez brand. It was introduced in 1994.
The ATK series commonly known as "Stingray killers." are bass models with brutalist styling, big necks and big bodies. They were meant to be a counterpoint to the sleek, narrow necked Soundgear series.
The ATK series was discontinued after 2003. The series returned for 2007 and was again mothballed after 2018.
