The ATK805 is an ATK series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez in mid-2012. It was made in Indonesia as part of the Premium range. In the US it was referred to as the ATK800E.
The ATK805 features an asymmetric double-cutaway ash body bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret maple fingerboard with black dot position markers. Components include a pair of CAP Sonic passive pickups mounted in a rosewood pickguard, an Ibanez 3-band EQ powered by a 9V battery, an ATK5 bridge with 18mm string spacing, a Graph Tech TUSQ nut and Hipshot open tuning machines with clover keys.
The ATK800 is a four string version. The ATK815 is a very similar model with a different finish and an ash pickguard.
The ATK805 was discontinued after 2015.
