The AS73FM is an Artcore series hollow body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2019. It is produced in Indonesia.
The AS73FM features a double-cutaway, semi-hollow body design constructed of an arched laminated flamed maple top with ƒ holes and ivory multi-binding on laminated linden sides and back. The set-in nyatoh neck has a 22-fret laurel fingerboard with ivory binding and acrylic block position markers. Components include a pair of Ibanez Classic Elite humbucking pickups with chrome covers and individual volume and tone controls, a Tune-o-matic style bridge, a Quik Change tailpiece, a plastic nut, a black pickguard, Sure Grip III knobs, and Ibanez tuning machines.
For 2020 the fretboard was changed to walnut and the bridge was replaced with the new Gibraltar Performer.
The AS73 is a similar model without the flamed maple top.
