The ARZIR20 is an Artist series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2014. It was produced in China as part of the metal-focused Iron Label line.
The ARZIR20 features a mahogany body with abalone purfling and cream binding mated to a set-in mahogany neck with 24-fret ebony fingerboard with binding and split block position markers. Components include dual active EMG humbucking pickups with individual volume controls, a Tune-o-matic style fixed bridge and tailpiece, Sure Grip knobs and locking tuners.
A seven-string version, the ARZIR27, is also available as is a similar model with a figured bubinga top, the ARZIR20FB.
The ARZIR20 was discontinued after 2016 and replaced by the similar ARZIR30. Differences between the models include a different body binding and bridge.
