The ARX500 is an ARX series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2007. It was made in China.

The ARX500 features quilted maple top on a mahogany body mated to a set-in mahogany neck with a smooth heel and a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with flamed maple binding and special position markers. Components include a pair of Ibanez Super 58 Custom humbucking pickups with individual volume controls a Tune-o-matic style Gibraltar III fixed bridge with a Quik Change Classic tailpiece with a "cloud" ornament, rosewood bell knobs, wooden cavity cover and Ibanez die-cast tuning machines with white pearloid half-moon buttons.

For 2008 the wooden cavity cover was replaced with the more typical black plastic.

The ARX320 is a similar model with different pickups and fretboard inlays.
