The Ibanez ART300 is an ART series guitar model introduced in 2008. A unique feature is a caiman skin-like texture applied to the guitar body top. Other features include a mahogany body with maple top, Ibanez made active LoZ pickups and a Gibraltar III bridge.

The Blackberry Caiman and Green Caiman finishes were added to the lineup in 2009 and the Violet Caiman finish in 2010.

A similar model without the textured top is known as the ART320.
