ART300 Brown Caiman (more images)

The ART300 is an ART series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2008.

A unique feature of the ART300 is a textured maple top which is made to resemble the feel of caiman skin. Other features include a mahogany body which is bolted to a mahogany neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and diamond-shaped pearloid position markers. Components include dual Ibanez active LoZ humbucking pickups and a Tune-o-matic style Gibraltar III bridge with Quik Change III tailpiece.

Blackberry Caiman and Green Caiman finishes were added to the lineup in 2009 and the Violet Caiman finish was added for 2010.

The ART320 is a similar model without the textured top.

The ART300 was discontinued after 2010.
