The AR420L is a left handed Artist series guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2015. It was produced in China.
The AR420L has all the basic features of an Artist model including a set-in maple neck and a bridge with tailpiece. It features a flamed maple top with abalone purfling and creme binding on a mahogany body mated to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and split block position markers. Components include dual Ibanez Super 58 humbucking pickups with gold covers wired to Tri-sound switches which allow a range of tone options, an ART1 fixed bridge with Quik Change Classic tailpiece and gold Sure Grip III knobs.
