The AR325 is an Artist series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in mid 2012. It was produced in China.
The AR325 features an arched figured bubinga top with cream binding on a mahogany body mated to a set-in maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and split block position markers. Components include dual Ibanez Super 58 Custom humbucking pickups with individual volume and tone controls wired to Tri-sound switches which allow a range of tone options and a Tune-O-Matic style bridge.
In mid-2014 the pickups were changed to Super 58's (not Custom) and the pearl and abalone inlays were changed to acrylic and abalone.
The AR320 is a similar model with a flamed maple top. The AR420 is a related model with a flamed maple top with abalone purfling.
The AR325 was discontinued after 2017. The AR325QA is a similar model with a quilted ash top which was introduced in 2018.
