The AR325 is an Artist series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in mid 2012. It was produced in China.
The AR325 features an arched figured bubinga top with cream binding on a mahogany body mated to a set-in maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and split block position markers. Components include dual Ibanez Super 58 humbucking pickups with individual volume and tone controls wired to Tri-sound switches which allow a range of tone options and a Tune-O-Matic style bridge.
The AR325 is similar to the AR300RE which was discontinued after 2010. The main difference between the two models is the bridge and body material. The AR420 was released concurrently with the AR325. The main difference between these two models is that the AR420 has a flamed maple top.
The AR325 was discontinued after 2017. The AR325QA is a similar model with a quilted ash top which was introduced in 2018.
