AR200L Antique Violin

The AR200L is a left-handed Artist series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1979. It was made in Japan by FujiGen.

The AR200L features an arched maple top on a double-cutaway mahogany body mated to a set-in three-piece maple neck with a 22-fret ebony fingerboard with binding and abalone dot position markers. Components include dual Ibanez Super 80 humbucking pickups mounted in creme pickup rings with individual volume and tone controls and a Tri-sound switch, a Gibraltar Tune-O-Matic style bridge and Quik Change tailpiece with an ornamental scalloped plate, rubberized Sure Grip control knobs and VelveTune machine heads.

The AR200 is a right-handed version.

Disclaimer: It's possible the AR200L was never produced. We've never seen one and the only mention we have is from Jim Donahue's old site (see link below). If anyone has information on this model, please reach out.
