The APEX100 is a seven-string solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2011. It is a signature guitar created for James "Munky" Shaffer, guitarist for the American band Korn. It is the third model in the APEX series, and replaced the APEX1.

The APEX100 has more of a vintage style than the APEX1. It features an RG-style alder body with a white pickguard mated to a maple and wenge neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays. and DiMarzio Blaze pickups, including a single coil pickup in the neck position. Like last year's APEX1, the APEX100 features a Lo Pro Edge tremolo with U-Bar.

Shaffer's other signature model, the APEX2 with a fixed bridge, returned unchanged for 2011. The APEX100 was superseded by the APEX200 for 2014.
