The ANB306 is a six string solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez in 2016. It is a signature model for American bassist and composer Adam Nitti . It is produced in Indonesia as part of the Premium line. In the United States it has been referred to as the ANB306E .
The ANB306 features a neck through body construction with SR series double-cutaway ash body wings with a quilted maple top mated to a maple and purpleheart neck with a 24 fret purpleheart fingerboard with abalone oval position markers. Components include a pair of Bartolini passive soapbar bass pickups with a Bartolini preamp, a Hipshot A-style bridge, a plastic nut, and Gotoh tuners.
The ANB306 is the second signature model created for Nitti, following the ANB1006 . Since then a five string model, the ANB205 , has been introduced.
