The AM93QMC is an Artcore Expressionist series hollow body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in late 2020. It was made in Indonesia and is a spot model offered for sale only in Japan.
The AM93QMC features a semi-hollow, double cutaway body design with a quilted maple top with ƒ holes and ivory multi-binding on quilted maple back and sides mated to a set-in nyatoh and maple neck with a 22-fret ebony fingerboard with ivory binding and acrylic block position markers. Components include a pair of Ibanez Super 58 humbucking pickups with gold covers and individual volume and tone controls, a Tune-o-matic style Gibraltar Performer bridge with a Quik Change tailpiece, a plastic nut, a tortoise shell pickguard, Sure Grip III knobs, and Ibanez tuning machines.
The AM93QM is a similar regular production model with quilted maple back and sides and gold hardware. The AM93ME is a similar model constructed of Macassar ebony. The AS93QMC is a related model with a larger AS body.
