The AJD91C is a hollow body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2008. It was made in China as part of the Artcore series.
The AJD91C features a small, thin, semi-hollow double-cutaway body design which is somewhat reminiscent in shape to some of the Roadstar II series guitars from the 1980s, such as the RS1010SL. It has a laminated cocobolo top with stylized ƒ holes and cream multi-binding on cocobolo back and sides mated to a set-in mahogany and maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with cream binding and special position markers. Components include dual Ibanez Artcore humbucking pickups with gold covers, an ART-1 Tune-o-matic style bridge, a Quik Change Ultra tailpiece with integrated fine tuners, a plastic nut, rosewood bell knobs, and Ibanez tuning machines with white acrylic half-moon buttons.
The AJD91 is a similar model with a flamed maple body. The AJD71T is a related model with a maple body, one-piece neck and tremolo bridge.
