The AGB205 is a five string Artcore Bass series semi-hollow body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 2013. It was produced in China.
The AGB205 features a semi-hollow, single-cutaway design with a maple top with ivory multi-binding on maple back and sides mated to a set-in mahogany and maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with ivory binding and pearl dot position markers. Components include a pair of ACHB Artcore Humbucker passive pickups, an Artcore Custom 5 bridge with stop tailpiece and 15mm string spacing, Sure Grip III knobs, a plastic nut and Ibanez tuning machines.
For 2015 the pickups were changed to Classic Elite Bass pickups.
