- For the more recent model with the same name, see AGB200.
The AGB200 is an Artcore Bass series semi-hollow body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 2007. It was produced in China.
The AGB200 features a semi-hollow, single-cutaway design with a maple top with ivory multi-binding on maple back and sides mated to a set-in mahogany and maple neck with a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard with ivory binding and pearl dot position markers. Components include a pair of ACHB Artcore Humbucker passive pickups, a Gibraltar III bass bridge with Quik Change III bass tailpiece, Sure Grip III knobs, a plastic nut and Ibanez tuning machines.
For 2015 the pickups were changed to Classic Elite Bass pickups.
The AGB205 is a five string version. The AFB200 is a related model with a slightly larger, thicker full-hollow body and a wooden bridge and trapeze tailpiece.
This version was discontinued in 2018, but a new version with the same name was launched late that year.
