AFS85T Transparent Red
The AFS85T is a hollow body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2015. It was made in China as part of the Artcore Expressionist series.
The AFS85T features a thinner, full-hollow body design with a laminated maple top with ƒ holes and cream multi-binding on maple back and sides with a single rounded Venetian cutaway mated to a set-in mahogany and maple neck with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with cream binding and acrylic block position markers. Components include a pair of Ibanez Super 58 humbucking pickups with chrome covers and individual volume and tone controls, an ART-2 Tune-o-matic roller style bridge on a wooden base with a vibrato tailpiece, a plastic nut, a black bakelite pickguard, Sure Grip III knobs, and Ibanez tuning machines.
The AF85 is a similar model with a flamed sycamore body and without the vibrato.
This AFS85T was produced only in 2015 and was offered only in Japan.
