The AFJ91 is a hollow body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2013. It was made in China as part of the Artcore Expressionist series.
The AFJ91 features a thick, full-hollow body design with a laminated spruce top with ƒ holes and cream multi-binding on maple back and sides with a single rounded Venetian cutaway mated to a set-in mahogany and maple neck with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with cream binding and pearl block position markers. Components include a single Ibanez Super 58 humbucking pickup at the neck with a gold cover, an ART-W bridge with wooden saddle and base, a trapeze tailpiece, a plastic nut, Sure Grip III knobs mounted in a bakelite pickguard with a rosewood veneer, and Ibanez tuning machines.
The pearl block inlays were changed to acrylic block in mid 2014.
The AFJ95 is a similar model with a second pickup at the bridge.
