The AF84E is an Artcore series hollow body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in mid 2005. It was produced in China.

The AF84E features a full-hollow body design with a laminated spruce top with ƒ holes and ivory multi-binding on flamed maple back and sides with a single Venetian cutaway mated to a set-in mahogany and maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with ivory binding and abalone block position markers. Components include a single, floating Artcore mini humbucking pickup with chrome cover at the neck, an ART-W bridge with a wooden saddle and base, a chrome trapeze tailpiece, an ivory plastic nut, a flamed sycamore pickguard, speed knobs, and Ibanez tuning machines.

The AF85 is a related model with a pair of humbucker pickups mounted in the top. The AF84 is a related fully-acoustic model with no electronics.

The AF84E was discontinued in 2009.
