The AF2000 is an Artstar series hollow body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2021. It is produced in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line. It replaced the similar AF200 with the significant change being a new roasted maple neck.

The AF2000 features a full-hollow body design with a spruce top with ƒ holes and cream multi-binding on flamed anigre back and sides with a single Venetian cutaway mated to a set-in African mahogany and S-Tech roasted maple neck with a 20-fret ebony fingerboard with cream binding and acrylic and abalone split block position markers. Components include a pair of Ibanez Super 58 humbucking pickups with gold covers and individual volume and tone controls, an ebony bridge with a compensated ebony saddle and a trapeze tailpiece, a bone nut, a tortoise pickguard, Sure Grip III knobs, and Gotoh tuning machines.

For 2025 the body width was reduced.

The AS2000 is a related semi-hollow body model.

The AF2000 was discontinued after 2024 in all markets except Japan.
