The AEWC10 is an AEW series acoustic/ electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2019. It was produced in China.
The AEWC10 features a grand concert shaped body with a soft Florentine cutaway and an arched back. The top is laminated spuce with black and white binding on sapele back and sides with a high gloss finish. The round soundhole has a black & white acrylic rosette. It has a satin-finish nyatoh neck with a 25" scale, 20-fret laurel fingerboard with offset white dot position markers. Components include a plastic saddle in a laurel bridge, Ibanez Advantage bridge pins, a plastic nut, and chrome Ibanez die-cast tuning machines with black buttons.
Electronics consist of an Ibanez undersaddle pickup connected to an Ibanez AEQ-2T preamp with onboard tuner powered by a 9V battery and ¼" output jack.
For 2020 the fretboard was changed from laurel to walnut and three new metallic finishes were introduced.
The AEWC11 is a similar model with translucent finish.
The AEWC10 was discontinued after 2020.
