The AELBT1 is an AEL series baritone acoustic-electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in late 2014. It was produced in China.
The AELBT1 features a jumbo AEL body with a Venetian cutaway. The top is laminated spruce with black binding on mahogany back and sides with a high gloss finish. The round soundhole has a maple and abalone rosette. It has a mahogany neck with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with small white dot position markers. Components include a compensated plastic saddle in a rosewood bridge, rosewood bridge pins, a plastic nut, and chrome Ibanez die-cast tuning machines.
Electronics consist of a Fishman Sonicore pickup, an Ibanez AEQ-SP2 preamp with onboard tuner powered by a 9V battery, and balanced XLR and ¼" outputs.
