Electronics for the AEG50 consist of an Ibanez T-bar II undersaddle pickup connected to an Ibanez AEQ-TTS preamp with onboard tuner and LCD display powered by a 9V battery and feeding a ¼" stereo output jack.
The AEG50L is a left-handed version. The AEG5012 is a twelve string version. The AEG50N is a similar nylon-stringed model. The AEG52 is a similar model with okoume back & sides and a laurel fretboard and bridge and vine fretboard inlays.
