The AE300 is an AE series acoustic/ electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1990. It was produced in Korea.

The AE300 features a dreadnought shaped body with a soft venetian cutaway constructed of a spruce top bound with black purfling on mahogany back and sides. The oval soundhole is trimmed with black and white multi-line rosette. The nato neck has a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers and a matching headstock. Components include a plastic saddle on a rosewood bridge, a plastic nut, a black pickguard and chroe Die-cast machine heads.Electronics consist of one volume and one tone control.

For 1993 the neck material was changed to mahogany.

The AE300 was discontinued after 1993.
