The AE1100 is an AE series acoustic/ electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1994. It was produced in South Korea.

The AE1100 features a AE shaped body with a soft venetian cutaway. The top is flame maple with white and black binding on flame maple back and sides. The round soundhole has a black and white purfling rosette. It has a satin-finish mahogany neck with a 21-fret rosewood fingerboard with abalone dot position markers and a matching headstock. Components include a rosewood bridge with black pins, a black compensated saddle, a plastic nut, and Die-cast tuning machines. Electronics consist of a WY1000 piezo pickup with an on-board AEQ-IV (pat. pending) 4-band EQ preamp.

The AE1200 is a related model with solid spruce top and rosewood body.

The AE1100 was discontinued after 1996.
