The AC3400JP is an Artwood series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez in mid-2015. It was produced in China and was solid exclusively in Japan.
The AC3400JP features a grand concert body shape with a solid Sitka spruce top with tortoiseshell binding on solid mahogany sides and two-piece back with a tortoiseshell backstrip inlay. The guitar is finished with a natural gloss. The soundhole is round with a simple black and white acrylic rosette and a tortoiseshell pickguard. It has a mahogany neck with a satin finish and a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with special mother of pearl position markers. Components include a compensated bone saddle in a rosewood bridge with black Ibanez Advantage bridge pins, a bone nut, and chrome Grover open gear tuning machines with butterbean buttons.
The AC3440JP is a similar model with solid mahogany top. The AW3400 is a related model with a dreadnought body.
