The 752/12 is a 12-string Concord series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1974. It was crafted in Japan.

The 752/12 features a dreadnought body shape with a fine grained spruce top with binding on mahogany sides and back with a gloss finish. The soundhole is round with a Multi-Stripe rosette with a black pickguard. It has a satin finished mahogany neck with a 21-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearloid block position markers with black side dots and matching headstock. Components include a rosewood bridge with adjustable saddle and white bridge pins, a plastic nut, and Ibanez closed gear chrome tuning machines.

The 752 is a similar six-string model.

The 752/12 was discontinued after 1978.
