The 752 (also referred to as 752/6 or Black Beauty) is an acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1971. It was made in Japan.
The 752 "Black Beauty" features a dreadnought body shape with fine grain spruce top with hand polished jet-black finish on top, back and sides. The soundhole is round and trimmed with an intricate inlaid wood rosette and black pickguards with white binding. It has an Jet-black finished mahogany neck with a 21-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl blocks position markers, white binding and black side dots. Includes a fancy rosewood bridge with pearl dot inlays and white bridge pins, an ivory nut & chrome plated individual machine heads.
This model along with others such as: 647, 647/12, 699, 750 and 753 are included in the 1974 catalog as part of the Concord series.
The 751 is a similar model with Sunburst finish and tortoise shell pickguard. The 752/12 is a 12-string model.
