The 699/12 is a 12-string Concord series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1976. It was crafted in Japan.

The 699/12 features a dreadnought body with a fine grained spruce top on selected maple back and sides. The round soundhole is trimmed with black and white marquetry rosette and a black pickguard. The maple neck has a 21-fret rock maple fingerboard, black dot position markers with black side dots and a matching headstock. Components include a plastic saddle in an adjustable rosewood bridge, a plastic nut, and gold plated machine heads.

The 699 is a similar six-string model.

The 699/12 was discontinued after 1978.
