1976 684L CS

The 684L is a left-handed Concord series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1976. It was crafted by Terada in Japan.

The 684L features a dreadnought body with a fine grained spruce top on mahogany back and sides with a high gloss finish. The round soundhole has a black and white acrylic rosette and a ornate hummingbird pickguard. The mahogany neck has a 21-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearloid parallelograms position markers, the headstock features a black overlay with white Ibanez logo. Components include a compensated plastic saddle in an adjustable rosewood bridge with ivory bridge pins, a plastic nut, and chrome plated machine heads.

The 684E is a electric dreadnought model. The 684 is a standard version. The 684/12 is a 12-string model. The 683 is a related grand concert model.

The 684L was discontinued after 1977.
