The 684/12L is a 12-string left-handed Concord series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1976. It was crafted in Japan.

The 684/12L features a dreadnought body shape with a fine grained spruce top with binding on mahogany sides and back with a gloss finish. The soundhole is round with a simple black and white rosette and a ornate pickguard w/ hummingbird and flowers. It has a satin finished mahogany neck with a 21-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearloid parallelograms position markers. Components include a plastic saddle in an adjustable rosewood bridge with black Ibanez bridge pins, a plastic nut, and chrome tuning machines.

The 684L is a similar six-string model. The 684/12 is a similar standard model.

The 684/12L was discontinued after 1978.
