The 651/12 is a 12-string Concord series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1974. It was crafted in Japan.

The 651/12 features a dreadnought body with a fine grained spruce top on selected queen mahogany back and sides with a high gloss finish. The round soundhole is trimmed with the famous herringbone style marquetry rosette and a fancy red tortoise pickguard. The mahogany neck has a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot position markers and white side dots and a Gallagher style headstock. Components include a bone saddle in a rosewood bridge with ivory bridge pins, a bone nut, and chrome plated machine heads.

The 651 is a similar six-string model.

The 651/12 was discontinued after 1976.
