The 440RHH, also known as the 440R-HH, is a Radius series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1988.

The 440RHH features a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood neck with pearloid dot position markers. Components include a pair of Ibanez Vintage humbucking pickups mounted in pickup rings and an Edge double locking tremolo bridge.

Initially the 3-way toggle pickup selector was positioned between and slightly below the volume and tone knobs, but for 1990 it was repositioned to the right of the volume knob.

The 540RHH is a similar model with DiMarzio pickups.

The 440RHH was discontinued after 1992.
