The 3566 is a Tama acoustics series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1974. It was made by Tama Seisakusho Co. in Aichi, Japan.
The 3566 also know as the 3566S features a dreadnought body with finest close-grained solid spruce top bound with simulated pearl bindig on selected matched indian-rosewood back and sides. The round soundhole is trimmed with multiple inlaid rings rosette and a black pickguard. The hand-shaped mahogany neck with adjustable truss rod has a 20-fret ebony fingerboard with abalone hexagones position markers and a rosewood headstock. Components include a bone saddle in an adjustable rosewood bridge, a bone nut, and gold plated Smooth tuner machine heads.
The 3558 is a related model with chrome plated Smooth tuner machine heads and genuine jacaranda on back and sides.
