The 3560/12 is a 12-string Tama acoustics series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1974. It was made by Tama Seisakusho Co. in Aichi, Japan.

The 3560/12 features a dreadnought body with finest close-grained solid spruce top bound with simulated pearl bindig on selected matched indian-rosewood back and sides with beautiful pearloid binding. The round soundhole is trimmed with multiple inlaid rings rosette and a black pickguard. The hand-shaped mahogany neck with adjustable truss rod has a 20-fret ebonized rosewood fingerboard with abalone hexagones position markers and a rosewood headstock. Components include a plastic saddle in an adjustable rosewood bridge, a bone nut, and gold plated Smooth tuner machine heads.

It is worth mentioning that this model was in production and sold by TAMA in 1974 but was sold through Ibanez during the period 1975-1976.

The 3560 is a similar six-string model.

The 3560/12 was discontinued after 1976.
