The 319 is a Cimar classical guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1978. It was made in Japan. It was part of the Andalusia series.
The model 319 features a grand concert body shape with cedar top on maple back and sides. The soundhole is round and trimmed with intricate wood marquetry inlaid rosette. It has a nato neck, a 18-fret ebonized rosewood fingerboard with a rosewood headstock. Components include a none compensated bone saddle in a polished rosewood bridge, a bone nut, and gold plated machine heads with pearloid buttons.
The 396 and 318 are similar models with rosewood back. The 397 is a similar model.
The 319 along with the Cimar classical guitars series were offered by Ibanez only in 1978.
