The 2660 is a solid body guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1977. It was made in Japan. It's visually similar to Gibson's Les Paul model.
The 2660 features a single cutaway design mahogany body with arched top and multi-purfling bolted to a hard laminated maple neck with adjustable truss rod, a 22-fret ebonized rosewood fingerboard with pearl vine and fancy inlays. Components includes a pair of Ibanez Super 70 humbucker pickup's, Tune-O-Matic bridge with chrome plated stop-bar tail-piece, individual controls and Smooth tuner gold plated machine heads.
The 2342 is a similar model with white dots fingerborad inlays.
