1976 Ibanez 2463B-SB
2463B Brown Sunburst Red copyright sprite

The 2463B is a solid electric bass guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1975. It was madein Japan by FujiGen. It's visually similar to Gibson's Thunderbird model.

The 2463B features a single cutaway selected mahogany body bolted to a selected mahogany neck with a medium C profile and a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dots position markers, white side dots and a black headstock. Components include a pair of Hi-Power mini-humbucker style at the bridge and neck positions with individual volume and tone controls. a Two-point fixed bridge with chrome cover, a white pickguard, chrome plated tuning machines and chrome hardware.

The 2348 is the guitar version.

The 2463B was discontinued after 1976.
