The 2458 is a solid body guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1975. It was made in Japan by FujiGen. It's visually similar to Gibson's Les Paul model.
The 2458 features a single cutaway solid ash body with natural finish bolted to a laminated maple neck with a 22-fret maple fingerboard with pearl block position markers and open-book headstock. Components includes a pair of Super 70 humbucker pickup's, a Harmon-o-matic fixed bridge with stop-bar, individual controls with 6-way rotary switch and individual chrome plated machine heads.
In the catalog the guitars did not have a logo on the headstock. Because the logo was made at the request of the distributor, therefore some units were sold under the Antoria brand.
The 2451 is a related model with same pickup configuration and 6-way position selector.
