The 2404DX is a twin neck guitar introduced by Ibanez for 1976. It was made in Japan by FujiGen. It's visually similar to Gibson's EBS-1250 double neck model.
The 2404DX (also referred to as 2404WH) features twin neck guitar with 4-string bassand 6-string guitar on a mahogany body with figured birch top and back bolted to a pair of laminated birch necks with 20-fret rosewood fingerboards with pearloid dot position markers. The guitar neck has a pair of Ibanez Super 70 humbucking pickups with exposed zebra bobbins in black pickup rings, a Gibraltar Tune-O-Matic style bridge and stop-bar tailpiece. The bass neck has a pair of chrome plated Hi-power humbucking pickups and a Gibson style EB bridge. Other components consist of Witch hat control knobs, black pickguards and gold plated machine heads.
The 2404 is a simialr model with chrome plated hardware.
