The 2392 is a solid body guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1974. It was crafted in Japan. It's visually similar to Gibson's Les Paul model.
The 2392 features a single cutaway solid mahogany body with rosewood top and cream binding bolted to a hard laminated maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with fancy pearloid position markers, black side dots and a black open book headstock. Components includes a pair of Hi-Power humbucker pickup's, a Tune-o-matic fixed bridge with stop-bar, individual controls, a black pickguard and individual chrome plated machine heads.
The 2391 is a related model with a pair of Clear-Power humbucker pickup's. The 2393 is a related model with mahogany finish.
