The 2382 is a solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1971. It was crafted in Japan. It's visually similar to Gibson's SG model.

The 2382 features a double cutaway solid mahogany body with selected birch top in dark mahogany finish bolted to a hard laminated birch neck with a medium C profile and a 22-fret ebonized rosewood fingerboard with peraloid block position markers. Components include a pair of Power pickup's with individual adjustable polepieces, individual volume and tone controls and a three-way toggle selector, a heavy duty vibrate tailpiece bridge, and Deluxe chrome plated tuning machines.

The 2383 is a similar model with a triple-set of humbuckers and gold hardware.

The 2382 was discontinued after 1974.
