The 2373 is a solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 1971. It was produced in Japan. It's visually similar to Gibson's Les Paul Professional model.

The 2373 features a single cutaway solid mahogany body with contoured top bolted to a hard laminated maple neck with adjustable truss rod, a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dots position markers and an open book headstock. Components include a pair of Clear-Sound pickup's, a 2-point fixed bridge with a chrome plated string dumper, a plastic nut and chrome plated individual machines heads.

For 1975 the name was changed to 2373B.

The 2373 was discontinued after 1975.
