The 2365 is a solid body electric guitar model made by Ibanez for 1971. It was crafted in Japan. It's visually similar to Fender's Jazzmaster model.

The 2365 features double cutaway selected hardwood body with a sunburst finish bolted to a laminated maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding, pearloid block position markers and black side dots. Components include a pair of Maxon™ powerfull pickup's in the neck and bridge positions, a jazzmaster tremolo bridge, a fancy laminated pickguard and chrome plated individual tuning machines.

The 2365B is the bass version of this model.

The 2365 was discontinued after 1972.
