Components include a pair of Ibanez™ powerfull humbucker pickup's in the neck and bridge positions, a chrome 2-point fixed bridge with stop tailpiece, a rosewood grain pickguard, a plastic nut and chrome plated individual tuning machines.

Like the guitar models these basses were made at the Fujigen Gakki plant in Japan and were distributed in the US. by Harry Rosenbloom, in Ardmore, Pennsylvania.

The 2364 is the guitar version of this model.

The 2364B was discontinued after 1972.
