1971 Ibanez 2353L-IV

The 2353L is a solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 1970. It was produced in Japan. It's visually similar to Fender's Telecaster bass.

The 2353L features a double-cutaway nato body with horns bolted to a laminated mahogany neck with a 20-fret maple fingerboard with pearloid dot position markers and a matching headstock. Components include a single ceramic single-coil pickup on the bridge positon, a fancy white pickguard with a tug bar, a bone nut, a straight bridge with two saddles, chrome plated economical machines in sheet metal housings.

The 2353L/DX is a Deluxe version wih black finish. The 2352 is the guitar version of this model.

The 2353L was discontinued after 1973.
